Every project at Valo Momentum follows a clear process from the first conversation to the final deliverable. That process is consistent, but the content of every stage is shaped entirely by the brief.
There are no standard packages, no pre-built templates applied regardless of context and no research conducted for its own sake. Everything is in service of the question you need answered.
Brief
You tell us what you are trying to understand, whether that is a fully developed research brief or the early shape of a question. We listen carefully and ask the right things. This allows us to establish a clear picture of the decision the research is meant to be informing.
Scoping
Once we understand the question, we design the research programme around it. We set out the methodology, the sources, the geographic and sector scope, the timeline and the format of the final output – tailored to what the project requires. You review and confirm the scope before any research begins.
Research Design
With scope confirmed, Valo Momentum builds the detailed research framework. This includes the specific questions to be explored, the primary and secondary research methods to be used and the analytical approach that will turn raw findings into structured, actionable insight. The design stage is where rigour is built in before the fieldwork begins.
Fieldwork & Analysis
This is where the research is conducted. Depending on the brief, that might mean in-depth interviews with sector specialists or key decision-makers, structured surveys across a defined audience, desk-based intelligence gathering across primary and secondary sources, or a combination of all three. As findings come in, they are analysed in context and interrogated for what they reveal and what they imply.
Delivery
Findings are delivered in a format built for use. That might be a structured report, an executive summary with supporting data, a presentation for a board or investment committee or a working document designed to feed directly into a wider strategy process. Valo Momentum walks through the findings with you, and we remain available for follow-up questions once the work is in your hands.
